You posted an anecdotal, second hand story that has nothing to do with why the pastor quit to begin with, and focused on how they got him back on track.
Cool.
But don't act like the incident itself is immaterial.

like pastors and clergy. The lesson is about building a community that loves, provides, covers and restores others when needed. You don’t need to know the reason as to why the pastor quit because that’s not the focus of lesson.
