I bought a cordless headset joint to use at work, cuz I didn't like the style that the company had. My super saw me hooking it up and was like "man, did you buy that out of pocket...send it back, I'll have you one like that ordered". I filled out the return joint in my Amazon account...printed the label...took it to UPS on my lunch. By the time I got back to work and parked, it was refunded.

for some reason i have a hard time effectively filtering options. theres either too many options or not enough. it is cool that they have the wardrobe thing where you can return what you dont want but finding stuff you actually want just by browsing is kind of wack.

and it doesn't make sense because other places like nordstrom rack, old navy, polo, adidas, etc. seem to all use the same filter template and it's really useful. however i imagine that amazon is more interested in using their own filter which is not great for clothing but good for everything else
