I only stayed one night. Ride was about 90 minutes of fast, open highway. I love the woods. Not thinking about *anything* except for what I'm doing at the moment out there. It was pretty cool loading all my gear onto the bike and riding out too. I don't do that enough.

Trying to commit to bringing my lunch everyday. Right I'm averaging about 80% of the time, trying to get to 100%.

but if I eat too early like breakfast I get nauseous.. when i eat lunch I often ruin my appetite for dinner and tend to gain weight.. I snack after 3 and eat dinner but that's about it for my usual.... not saying it's healthy.. just that it's my habit.

deal with. I'd walk out only waiting for a "yes" because I, once again, already didn't have the gig.

The crazy thing is that I'm saying he ain't wanna be there anyway, because as I feel, them mofos sent an email and didn't even take the time to call.

If you call to invite me, at least call me to tell me you went another direction. Speaks to the bitchassedness of the organization and how they conduct business.

And the email didn't offend me, it wasn't from the actual organization, but from the school system in which the organization works (kinda hard to explain, it's a non-profit within the system). I got the interview invite via email as well. That's the school system HR shit.

But even still, it is most definitely the principal's loss, as she had most of the say so in who got hired, unfortunately. She already knew who she was going to hire before the interview process began. I'm really at peace with it, and again, their loss.

Dude has a whole office tho. The door to said office is right behind my back. That's where he was (the doorway) when I turned around and saw him standing there. Facing me. Drying off his coffee mug.

I bounced. Not sure what foolishness these folks are on, but I shouldn't be angry enough to wanna grip people up at 10am. Probably not gonna sit back at me desk until Friday, fuck all that noise.

But looking forward to working remotely like a mug!

New job is gonna be very repetitive (scoring/editing sleep studies), but I realized I'm over being in service/support roles...even if it's management.

Let me work from my breakfast nook...or from wherever there's wifi.

And honestly I still have time to make it, as I work late today, but I won't. I woke up early with the intention of getting some exercise in and it was raining, and been off kilter and admittedly mercurial ever since.

I know it'll eventually click, but the early days are always a struggle for me.

i over reacted with the rain yesterday lol. it was real bad for like 30 minutes but it cleared completely up way before it was time to get out.

i think thats ....good?...whats the spin on this?

i also just got my thumbs up playlist on google playlist from over 6900 to just under 6400. mostly duplicates.

i really need to find a way to clean up my library on there, multiple copies of the same songs. i mostly want to remove low quality rips but no point in having the same exact song multiple times right?

i think im going to look at the thumbs up list per artist next to see which artists im missing.

replace the axle. $2600!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (((Now, that's how you start a morning. Right?)))

I thank God for waking me this morning and letting me see the sun shine, my wife's smile, and the birds flying above. Even for the car I have that needs the work. I just rebuke this cost! Definitely won't be no trip to Seattle in August for her birthday.

Because I've recently dcided that I'm gonna keep this car for a while after I pay it off in early 2021, I'll get this done. Just not now. I need any further damage to hold off for a month or two. I wanna secure this mortgage financing before dropping that cash to get this repair handled.

Otherwise, it's Thirsty Thursday. I need a drank or three right now.

My wife is headed outta town on Saturday morning but will be back on Sunday afternoon. It's gonna be a party, y'all!

BE GREAT OUT THERE IN THEM STREETS, PEOPLE!

--- praying for peace, love, and power

I don't hate them, but I like eating hot foods for lunch, it's hard to be satisfied off of a salad.

i buy one of them tubs of spring mix at the grocery store. it says 3.5 servings per container, i make 3 salads out of that. throw in 3/4 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, 3/4 handfuls of grapes, i add as much lunch meat as i would in a sammich (probably too much lol) and some cheese. add some dressing and it is very satisfying. i just get bored of it really.

i get full, it tastes good and i eat no bread. i know i need to cut back on the lunch meat but baby steps.

the room is beyond maximum capacity.. had to leave and am working in the central atrium... I don't see this situation being remedied any time soon either... but I can't do it... the room is disgusting the air is thick like a locker room and I can't even get to and from my desk without physical contact or having to ask somebody to move... they're gonna have me looking for other work because this is untenable.

I worked from home 90% of the time. And when I interviewed for the permanent position they lead me to believe that would be something I could continue to do... only to have that rug pulled out from me immediately.. I've been pissed and choked about it ever since.. not only took a paycut to move from contract to employee but it basicialle ruined my work environment and has made me miserable... now I just endure because I hate shopping for jobs.. but seldom a day goes by where I don't threaten myself to fix this... *sigh*... it WAS the perfect job.

I did just raise it to my team lead again this afternoon tho... but again nothing is really going to happen... folks are going to get a hygiene chat or something at most... the bigger issue about lack of adequate desks and facilities will just get pushed back down.

Not only does my office suck, but when I go outside it's just more of the same passive-aggressive squares wandering around with sunglasses on making faces & shit. Working downtown would have been dope in my early 20s, but now it sucks a fat one. Just a bunch of insecure sheep wandering around.
