My other sister in ATL has the kids and I planned on driving down tomorrow and spending the night. She said she will meet me half way tomorrow. LMAO. She ready to get her party on.

hard to say because I don't know the difference... I guess maybe not competing for food or having to live off hand me downs... i don't know if it made me more or less social... probably made me weirder.

Ya'll member that job I was sweating not getting...then I went for it again and got it?
Today was my last day at that hell hole.
I shouldn't really call it that...but that's what it was.
Was there three days and had to help fire a young lady.
We interviewed one...ONE person to replace her, and I thought she was an awesome fit for the position. My supervisor says "yeah..she was good...but she has a side business...and her last job was just outbound calls, not inbound calls, so I don't think she'll fit in".
I damn near cried knowing she wouldn't get hired.
Having to document "side conversations" that I had with team members about their performance aint for me. I couldn't say shit like "yeah...I talked to Justin about his tone on some of the calls" without being directed to write it down and put it in his file.
Monday I start as a sleep study technician. Same company, same pay, closer to home (my commute was 30 mins in the morning, 60-75 minutes afternoon. If I took MARTA/Cobb County Transit the commute was 2 hours) until I get trained and I can work remotely, so I can spend a week in Charlotte without burning through PTO.
They fired somebody on Friday, somebody else quit on Monday, they had a meeting the following Monday saying "oh yeah...we understand, we feel your pain, we're hiring 5 new agents to take the heat off you guys" and I knew good and hell well there was a hiring freeze...smh..
Anyhoo...I'm free...having a Bacardi Gold and Ginger Ale, listening to bootleg Prince records and watching Catfish. I missed you guys!
