I was just researching the weekend how to care for a bullet proof vest. Based on what I saw I hope these come with care instructions.

to spend countless minutes of your life calling people names, criticizing and complaining about everything you see on the 'internet'.

Here's a few thoughts smart guy: Call your ISP and tell them you don't want the internet anymore. If you have to use it at work, only use it for work related materials. Tell your phone provider you don't want a data plan.

This might in turn, make you a slightly more happy individual, though I doubt it.

The "how to use it" page makes it seem that the hood part has protection...and that's being loose with the term "protection", because I would imagine being shot in the head w/o anything to absorb the impact isn't going to be a good outcome, even if the bullet doesn't enter the skull.

but yeah, I saw the hoodie part and thought the same thing you did. It might prevent an entry but there would be some type of damage just from the impact.

Concussion, skull fracture, etc.

They post the testing results on their site.

Personally, if I were to commit to something like this for personal safety, I'd buy 2 and test one with close range rounds.
