I never thought washing killed the bacteria
I soak my chicken, especially the wings
in lemon and water or vinegar and water
so all that nasty yellow shit comes off
the other parts of the chicken I eat skinless
so I just rinse it off, good to go

afterwards, I wash out the sink
and spray it down with 7th gen antibacterial

maybe I'm buying the wrong chicken
but straight out the pack
that shit still be having little feathers and such
ya'll cool with hairy ass chicken?

I get the regular ass, foster farms yard bird
from costco
and sometimes, the shit be a lil fuzzy

regardless, I'm washing the meat
