Jamie doesn't have anything of the sort.
I'd need to take some time for a more detailed comparison of their overall careers though. I could be wrong, but on the face of it, having two works like that on his resume makes Eddie an easy choice.

Eddie happens to be in more movies that I LIKE, but really I'm not rolling with Eddie being a significantly better actor. Do you think Eddie has more range?
Jamie has ventured into areas of entertainment that Eddie hasn't. Jamie had a syndicated TV show for 5 years. Jamie Foxx has also had success in radio, has Eddie ever done anything in the vein of Foxxhole Radio?

I don't know that either of them is a GREAT dramatic actor, outside of Ray (which was a lot of Jamie Foxx just doing an impression) and maybe Collateral I wouldn't say Foxx has a whole lot of great dramatic performances. Though he's been more willing to try.
Stand up and sketch comedy, again, Murphy has this and it isn't even close.
Nothing like Foxxhole Radio. I guess where Foxx has the edge in perhaps a wider spectrum of the entertainment industry, in the areas where they go directly head to head, Murphy's better at those things.

In college, I had a friend who absolutely loved Eddie Murphy as a music artist. My friend told me that Eddie said that even if he never has a deal, he enjoys music so much that he'll go into a studio and create stuff anyway. He supposedly loves music that much.
Having heard some of his stuff, it honestly wasn't much different than the R&B music of that day. But I just don't think folks were interested in hearing that from Eddie. Jamie's musical career has definitely eclipsed Eddie's. And Jamie does have an Oscar while Eddie got straight robbed.
But I think Eddie gets the win based on just how big his movie career was. He owned the 80s and has several classic films.
I'm not trying to downplay Jamie because the dude is a legit & undeniable star, in several arenas. I just don't think he was ever as big as Eddie was at the height of his career.

I kinda want to give it Rita Moreno, if only because she's still doing this into damn near her 90's (and is the only one on here that also has a Peabody.) But I'm not super well versed on the prime of her career, so I can't really say. Though she can sing, dance, do drama, comedy and I'm not sure who else has the longevity to be named GOAT.
Though of people I grew up with, I'd probably give it to Robin Williams or Eddie Murphy. At one point, those two could do every single thing the industry asked of them and do it as well or better than anyone. They also started as groundbreaking stand-ups, transitioned to amazing comedic actors, eventually got the chance to be dramatic and could sing/dance/host with anyone, which seems a LOT harder than coming right from musical theater.
