I liked parts of it.. Keanu always bugs me some... the idea behind the whole thing is pretty excellent.. agent smith lmao I just love how he reminded me of the alien agents in Brother from Another Planet.
i despise overhyped stuff typically but 20 years later was maybe a bit long to wait. the graphics mostly held up pretty well. the story is interesting, cool concept. a lot less cringey 90s tropes than i would expect. action sequences were dope. keanu ... eh about what i expected lol
not in a big hurry to watch part 2 and 3 but not opposed to it either.

decided to go Uber-ing on lunch; comes back late repeatedly. There's a host of other infractions that all center around taking the manager's kindness for weakness.

man that Harley bootcamp was not quite the hard sell I was expecting but I want a bike more than ever now.. they had a couple that were not obscenely priced but in the end the bike I saw that I liked the most was sopmebodies personal yamaha that had been sanded down to weathered steel and some custom foil and cut out art... the weather is turning here too and I'll be dammed if we don't pull the trigger on bikes this year.
Basically a tall standard bike. Can ride all day on this. Plenty of room for my lady to ride pillion. Very reliable. If this bike broke, I'd buy another of the same model.

i woke up mad late, no time to make coffee and made it out the door after i was supposed to be at work. both coworkers that frequent my office are out today so it has been a very chill morning. had a status update call with the boss when i got in since he was out yesterday then been looking at audio upgrade options for the car lol i cant let go of it.
i made a playlist from the songs with bass post in the lesson. most of the songs i listened to seemed to have no bass in the car. i was going to check them out with some headphones for comparison but havent gotten to it.
ive been going back and forth from ordering the 5 channel set up and 2 12" to just getting a small powered sub i can put under the seat to maybe i just need to replace the head unit lol when i was looking into the full upgrade i was seeing i would need to get a line output converter which is like another $200.
im thinking i might just hit up the shop saturday and tell them i want more bass, hand the keys and hope im happy when theyre done lol

im a bit confused about what speakers they installed in the front. i had looked them up at the shop and when i tried searching for them yesterday i got an autofill. i distinctly remember the speakers i got being rated at 35 rms but the ones it autofilled yesterday were 60 rms.
i was trying to get some advice on crutchfield yesterday and she was saying to get an amp for the front speakers and a powered sub under the seat. shes the one that pointed out the front speakers were much more powerful than the rear. i think they must have been some other model i looked up and not the ones i got.
im obviously overthinking this. i am like 80% sure im going to just go in saturday and ask for their recommendation to get good bass in that car. if they push for the powered sub i might go with it but if they say i just need the mono amp and sub in the trunk then i think i will go with it. should be significantly cheaper than a 5 channel amp and sub.
for pretty much anything you want to apply it to almost nothing good happens until you pull the trigger and take the plunge.. it's too easy to get overly pragmatic about ish sometimes you just gotta let the chips fall.

i got some buffalo shrimp yesterday. i am not sure if i felt anything or not, the hot sauce made it difficult to tell lol im alive though.
i should had gone on monday, they have them 77 cents per shrimp, yesterday it was traditional wings at 75 cents per wing. ill keep that in mind whenever i feel like going again.

stuff coming to her with problems she already gave them the info for and they were supposed to have taken ownership of like a year and half ago and are now coming at her like they haven't done a thing or had a clue.... you know that kind of brutal stuff where other depts completely drop the ball and try to get you to bail them out.
anyway she says she needs to take lessons from me on how to be unapproachable so she doesn't have to deal with folks like this coming to her...

when i would use my laptop i had a mouse that i never used. i would be doing 3D modeling with the trackpad lol this apple one with no actual left or right click buttons is not cool though. doesnt help that its way over there and i have to be reaching while looking at the monitor elsewhere.

a few years ago I quit a punk/hardcore band I used to play in.. mostly because I was bored of playing all the same songs over and over and practicing every week and usually only doing one show a year...
we'll the guy who they brought in when I left is gone and on Monday night I got asked if I wanted to come back... it's been a bit and I miss it some.. I'm wary of the same pitfalls that ruined it in the past for me.. so I went ahead and booked us a gig on Apr 19th.. lol got buy-in from one guy the other has yet to respond but we're booked... if he doesn't want to do it I'm out because like I say I'm not trying to fall into the same trap of practicing for nothing...
all that said.. I'm psyched to make some noise and to get back on stage for the first time in half a decade or something.

part of why I left before was that I was so bored I started bringing my horns and keyboards and other things in much to the chagrin of the frontman... lol.. one day I was playing something just horrendous and god awful on the keys and he lost his shit with me.. I shrugged and walked.. we're still friends and hey I'm back now... but first thing in the email when he invited me back was "NO KEYBOARDS".. lol.. maybe I'll bring my violin (better not lol)
