I just don't think this even sniffs that. Even if she had seen Chappelle's "Fisticuffs," and was inspired by it, she put a new twist on it. And futhermore like I said, it's not like Chappelle went wood and she's blowing up internationally. Chappelle got and continues to get plenty of love for that skit.
Or, like you said, it's just a coincidence. Either way, it was funny.
