I mean dude was rapping at the tail end of the Cali backpacker golden era before he started acting. That blew my mind when finally learned that and saw the videos. I'm assuming this was talked about already on here and not news to people

How does anyone get that far in 3 of the most exclusive arenas out there? Music, acting and sports. Having any kind of a real shot in just 1 is impressive.

I know people who knew him, but he wasn't grinding/making music like that during the mid to late '90s. From what I understand, he was mostly working with LA cats (I'd never heard of any of the people who produced either one of his album). Which makes sense, because he was playing D-1 ball and going out to NY in the summers, so it's not it'd be even possible to see him at shows and shit. I don't think Hiero had really **known** him until the mid '00s, when he started getting serious about his acting grind and went to them with essentially finished albums for their label to distribute.
