Some of us have literally grown up on here. Some people I know IRL were talking about Sunny D's new venture on FB I started to say where I knew dude from then I was like "nah..." lol

I feel like I have nowhere else to go. even though the site is merely a shell of what it used to be, I have yet to find another platform that kind of touches all my interests at the same time.
I could go on Reddit and probably find discussions on every little separate interest of mine, musically, artistically, poetically... even., but I ain't got that type of time. OKP has always been a kind of quick diversion during the work day.

I've been a member on so many other forums but this is one of the few places still around that has so many old & new people to interact with that is like fam.
I can count at least ten places I thought would be around for a while that either shut down or become a complete ghost town only after three to five years, new ones pop up and then people move on; OKP been here since the friendster, myspace, twitter, facebook, etc. days.
