I just bought one of these friday.I mean, I live in Cali. It's cool for a balmy outing, but I could have easily copped a lightweight hoodie. I bought it for the look, and I got a pair of Air max that go with it.

Either it's to warm for a vest (especially if it's down), or it's too cold and I want my arms covered-up too. The only time I rock mine now is when the temperature is in the teens and I'm wearing it over top of my jacket for that extra layer.
