-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

No connection to Frasier Crane
I just realized my #2 reply "The Bob Newhart Show" has the character's first name as "Robert" from which "Bob" is derived (Bob Newhart). So that puts it up there with "Roseanne" and "Martin" and "The Jamie Foxx" show (even though his real name isn't Jamie Foxx - for those who didn't know)
14. "That's exactly what's being posted ie the jamie Foxx show" In response to Reply # 12

Eve's character on her show wasn't named Eve. Same with Ted Knight. You can kind of disqualify Andy Griffith I guess since he and his character shared the same first name.
i liked that he kept it going but it always seems to me that he stumbles on delivering jokes. maybe thats his thing but on a joke like this it seems it hurt the impact.
the "okay well you guys side with the rapist then" was pretty good.

I'm so out of the loop with SNL, but when I watch it now sometimes the way the material is delivered throws me off. There's no way they're stumbling this much on accident.
