For the desert island situation, which I'm assuming means no reliable source of milk, much less refrigerated milk, those shredded wheat knockoffs by Kashi are pretty good. Sweet enough to eat out of the box and stand on their own without any milk whatsoever.

We never got any of these delectable sugary ass cereals growing up. Cinnamon Life is prob my favorite though. Even that is pretty sugary. When you get to the bottom of the box and theres just a big pile of pure sugar left in the bottom? Sometimes I throw caution to the wind and pour it all on top of my cereal. Take that Mom!

and I wish I had the metabolism to comfortably each the sugar laden children's cereal that I see folks mentioning in here.
Truth be told though, some 'adult' cereals are pretty stocked with sugar as well just as much as the kid-like ones are. For instance, Raisin Bran Crunch is pretty insane with the added sugar. I vaguely remember either a frosted or sugar added version of Wheaties if you can believe it. The box was all black and made of some shiny almost reflective material.

but only when i'd spend the night with friends. we never had sugary cereals in my house, so when i'd stay the night somewhere else i would sometimes eat like 4 bowls of different cereals because i knew it was gonna be a minute before i had em again Haha.

Fortunately cereal is constantly on sale, so my cereal consumption is a steadily revolving door of something that easily qualifies as my "favorite" for as long as the box lasts.

I'm pretty much always stocked with at least three of these at any given time.

Frosted Flakes is #1 because they're so dependable and simple.
I love Fruity Pebbles too but I understand that's not a super popular position.
Speaking of Frosted Flakes and Lucky Charms, the combination of the two is BOMB. Anyone have those at their local grocers ? I saw them walking down the cereal aisle a few months back and my head nearly exploded. Bought 3 boxes just in case they were limited time. Mouth orgasms for weeks.

I'm sure folks are like "mini wheats really c'mon dawg?" but I legit like them... heck I even like the straight up shredded wheat or spoonsized shredded wheat (shoutout to the Smother's Brothers) granted you put the brown sugar and some frozen blueberries in with that noise.

Both of those cereals had the potential to be GOATS to me and they just blew it. (never messed with the Count) Changed the formula or something. But you right though. For sheer cereal gluttony Charms is king.
