"I just got hip to horseradish sauce. What other condiments am I missing?"


  

          

I went to a fancy steakhouse recently and discovered this horseradish sauce..... Yo, I haven't touched A-1 sauce since.


Other than Garlic Aioli, I feel like I don't know shit about condiments but the basics like mustard and relish.

What other condiments are I likely missing out on?

beurre blanc is the best sauce you can ever learn to make. basically butter sauce with enough acid (vinegar/wine/citrus) to be the perfect complement to fish.
