This person shows up to work drunk, gets into a knife fight in the parking lot, punches a cop at a gas station later in the day, and gets arrested. He only gets charged with a misdemeanor and keeps his job. "He was just having problems at home and had a bad day" is what everyone said about him.

>>gets into a knife fight >>in the parking lot > >.....at least, until you explain this marvelous gem.
Dude was drunk in the parking lot, challenged someone to a knife fight, and they gave him one. > >>punches a cop at a gas station > >And the explain how this shit right here
He left, went to a gas station, a cop came because someone called the police, and dude punched the cop. > >Then we can get back to Magical Yakubian Invincibility. > >But not before.
Yakubian invincibility is a real thing. It's a nice combo with the blatant insecurity and fragile egos.
>Dude was drunk in the parking lot, challenged someone to a >knife fight, and they gave him one.
lmao who TF does this???
and did they really? was there blood?
obviously nobody was seriously hurt which makes it sound like some kinda nerf action or at best that scene from rebel without a cause....
who has knife fights?.. like challenges and accepted challenges? wtf... real knife fights just fricking happen and somebody gets hurt usually badly imo.

I am baffled as to how he escaped so many negative consequences.
I'd be dead, shot, beaten, and fired if this happened to me. Damn sure the last two things. This dude got to leave the parking lot and nothing happened to him during this situation minus the jail time and arrest.

Yesterday i found out from another coworker that we have coworkers that have within the last year:
-Failed the intial drug test and STILL got hired -Is knowingly on oxycontin and routinely gets caught sleeping on the job. No repercussions. -Has been caught with the company truck out of the County 4 times. No repercussions. -Has blatantly come in 2 hours late at least 4 times a month. Wrote up but no serios consequences. -Was in jail for child support the day before they started the new job.
All white No repercussions.
They fired this black employee for sleeping one year before he could have retired.

Can you inbox me the name of this place so I can remind myself to stay clear of whatever business they conduct?

and the white woman who they hired part time to replace my wife tried to move into my wife’s office.
Part time folks don’t get an office.
As soon as she showed me a photo of the woman I warned my wife. “She is going to try and be all up in your space, she’s moving into your office... watch her try”

*not for men, at least. It's part of the dress code. I got a chance to see some raw, unfiltered entitlement at work recently.
Dude's been wearing shorts & sandals to the office. One day, another dude (both white) checked him, on some "hey, man... what's up with the shorts? You trying to make a statement or something? You know they aren't allowed." Dude start talking about "what if I wore a skirt?" talked about checking his contract, how pants in the summer are stupid, etc. All said loudly in a super-smarmy voice.
This dude has still been wearing shorts and/or sandals to work. A real rebel.
