that's not a privilege you want to lose.... I had the perfect work from home situation.. and they switched that up on me here.. went from what was probably my happiest employment experience to what is currently arguably among the most miserable.. I'm really trying not to let it get me down but it really feels like 15 steps backwards and I may need to make a change...
I'm at the point where I don't want to bother with a resume and I'm just going to start applying with a rider instead because I'm not trying to waste my life being unhappy and unsatisfied in my job.

Really need to do some cleaning/purging/organizin' round the house. Just bought a bookshelf and I gotta get it moved to where it's fosed to go. The kid has two softball games on Saturday (she's the team manager...i know...smh...but she gets the volunteer hours she needs for IB graduation) up in Marietta, so I may drive some Uber up there and catch one of the games.
Other than that? Ehh...tryna not go record shopping (rrriiiiigggghhht) and put the money towards the NY trip coming up in a month.

house hunting is quite the trip...
we already own a townhouse and can't really move out of town cause of work and kids... we are considering buying a trailer at this park where a friend has one already.. the park is across the street from the beach on land leased from the local First Nations tribe by the Legion (canada's VA?) http://www.legion.ca/.. a couple grand gets one a lot for a year... folks have to have a trailer on their lot but other than that can pretty much reno and build it into whatever they want... would be a place to get away about a half hour 45 mins from home.. under serious consideration.
there's virtually never any heat/fuzz there as it's on the rez... and it's right across the street from the beach.. the price is affordable AF so unless we only ended up using it a couple times a year it'll be easy to get our money's worth out of it.
Shimmy is totally convinced... I have some slight but dwindling reservations.

it will be busy. I start the new client project on Monday. I hope finish the first half of it by Friday because I’m headed home for the bey/jay concert. flying back Monday to finish the second part of the project.
