I remember when he got in shape in the 90's, he did a routine about going first to some guy in a turban (that's how he knew the guy knew what he was talking about).


Sinbad said the guy in the turban told him that if you want to get in shape, you have to first cleanse your colon. And the guy had some diet, etc. that would help Sinbad cleanse his colon.


Sinbad discovered: "you can't cleanse your colon and have friends"


(meaning the colon cleansing process produces an uncontrollable explosion of gas at the most inappropriate times)

None of the characters he plays have any game. His character in Insecure couldn't just flatout date Molly, he had to get pushed to the side for someone who was already in a relationship. And Rel's character in Uncle Drew 0% self-esteem.

There is more to the 'girl/wife smashes the barber' narrative.

Also, Rel shot the opening scene like, 10 times. He switched it up every time too. lol.

And...Jess Hilarious is a nut IRL. Tiffany Haddish and Jerrod Carmichael were both in the house that night too.
