Like, I literally melt going from the air conditioner in the house to the one in car, and these people, these giants, were out there for hours performing super intense repetitive work. I don't know how they did it.

Instead of doing that, I take cool showers now. I was getting so pissed off last month because I’d be a hot mess (pun intended) IMMEJITLEY after my shower, and it took about 20 mins for me to cool down EVEN WITH THE AC ON ME.

Think it was 94 degrees at ceremony start time. I found my chi shortly after sitting down but my wife was basically sliding off her chair on her own sweat.
Usually I'm the super sweaty one but I somehow found a balance this time out and tried just not to think about it.
