If you don't have anything comforting/encouraging to add to an RIP thread, say nothing at all and keep it moving.
We understand that everyone deals with death/grieving/mourning differently and we've tried our best to maintain a line of respect when it comes to RIP threads (and yes, we've made mistakes along the way). We're not attempting to silence opinions or the conversation that eventually surrounds unexpected tragedies. We simply ask that people show respect for that specific thread (RIP in the title).
As such, we ask that all other convo/discussion about said events be regulated to a separate post.

passed. I requested it (hell maybe that's why yall didn't give a fuck) and was checking folks all through both of those posts. Can we get this post archived for whenever a Black freedom fighter passes (god forbid) who wasn't cosigned by mainstream white media? Since OKP can't seem to collectively show respect to Black folks unless our very oppressors give them a stamp of approval.
