You could read it as her describing Nas' behavior. But reading it consistent with everything else she wrote it suggests it went both ways.

I get it. Of course I believe a man should never hit a woman and on the occassion I have been hit by women (surprisingly more than once) I didn't even think to hit back but I read this as some owning up to her role in this and not really describing a one way abusive relationship.
