All the main dudes getting busted by #MeToo are dudes who portrayed a certain image or use work to put women in uncomfortable situations. It's been mostly about men using their good image or business opportunities to lure women into situations that turned into something else.
I think women going to Lil' Wayne's hotel at 3AM are expecting dude is going to attempt to shoot his shot. Barring any rough stuff, if that situation doesn't pop off, I don't think women are mad at that situation.
Hence no seeing alot of rock n roll people and rappers being targeted by Metoo goes my theory.

These dudes would not get any attention from these women if they weren't who they are. They also aren't honest, and use manipulative tactics, threats and leverage to get what they want.
The dudes that aren't getting put on blast are the men that the women WANT to fuck with. And Lil Wayne probably isn't offering these women anything other than a good time. He's certainly not threatening to get them fired if they don't give up the pussy like the folks in the first group.
Live dudes are live dudes. wack dudes are what they are, regardless of how much money or power they have. It's an uncomfortable truth, but it is what it is.
