Mine is a Parmesan crusted chicken breast, pan fried on a Ciabatta Roll with smoked provolone, roasted red peppers and broccoli raab. A lil Srirachi Mayo on the roll. Jeez!!!!
The fact that I can actually make it helps greatly, because I've had some sammiches that I just can't seemingly replicate on my own.

This place used to have one that had slices of sesame crusted ahi tuna with cucumbers, greens, and wasabi mayo. Good af. They stopped making it though.

I usedta work at this deli called "Pot Belly Deli"(for my Sactown ninjaz, over dere off Richards Blvd tucked in that lil business district right off da freeway, dat MickyD's is over dere too) and we had dis gangsta azz chicken-breast ceasar salad sammich on our menu(I'd always imagined trying these in my head before I knew they existed but this was my first time seeing one).
Joint was a toasted sammich, two gangsta slabs of chicken breast, sliced parmesan, romaine lettuce, ceasar dressing, den toast dat muhfukka!

Grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, and arugula. All served on panini bread. A very simple sandwich, but I'm guessing the place in Park Slope that serves it seasons the chicken perfectly because it tastes so divine. I should say used to serve it because for some reason, the spot I'm refering too refuses to serve panini style sandwiches and took it off the menu.
