If the job sux but the people are cool, that job can be rewarding.
But if the job is awesome but you work with a**holes, you're never comfortable with the job.
Let's say your dream job is a writer and you get to make some of the most awesome material ever...but you have co-workers trying to actively sabotage you, distract you, talk about you behind your back and to the creative director/editor.
Though your talent might shine through...I've seen great people go down to office/job politics.
On the other hand, if you write boring material but your co-workers are great! You'll stick it out longer. Eventually, you'd just try to find a better job with the same type of staff to enjoy.
People are always the enigma IMO. Maybe I'm biased...I work in HR. lol

I basically got a low paying job with hardly any hours, I don't hate the co-workers just hate the fact that being the only black dude here, everything seems skewed on a racist slant when others get privileges that I don't when I've been here longer.
Can't wait to quit, trying to find a job out of state, been here too long can't wait to get out with fresh faces, new environment, etc.
