I really want to find a copy of The Bug London Zoo album (check it if you haven't)
check out Ocean Wisdom if you haven't yet(also been digging on the Four Owls and Dabbla)
Lol that Syringe track is nuts..I can dig it. If you like stuff like that the above stuff is tame but I got you... I listen to a tonne of doom, sludge, industrial etc.. though there isn't as much hip-hop crossover there as one'd hope or think (or maybe I'm just missing the boat)

but more than likely I'll just keep digging for it since I always find something(too many things truthfully) that I want... that said I haven't figured out what shop to find grime in here... time to hit my less traveled shops.
11. "why do you like young artists making throwback music?" In response to Reply # 7
it never clicks for me. it sounds like rap black crowes or michael buble. i want to hear people pushing forward, not leering at the past. i'm interested in your take on this since you're very well-versed in the old stuff
his diction is a little muddied because he has gucci mane ~2009 i-smoke-too-much-so-i'm-always-congested voice but he's really spitting. he has interesting and varied patterns, funny lines ("{my gang} gonna cover me like a gazebo"), and this fiery delivery that feels unique to him. he raps over all kinds of instrumentals and idolizes peak-of-his-powers mixtape wayne (as opposed to gucci, keef, lil b, etc.), which is a very potent combination imo

also denzel curry has several verses on an upcoming project produced by lord lucn, /the u album/, which is likely out soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucQGfiB_Pjk. i have doubts about denzel's mainstream appeal but i think he has incredible potential
