Put it this way. We looked at a few daycares and one of them didn’t have a locked front door, no keypad and we stood there for damn near 5 minutes before someone acknowledged our presence.
First thought from both of us was “damn, someone could snatch a kid and no one would even notice”
Chances are slim of it happening but we cancelled our tour and went somewhere else.
I just don’t think dude is paranoid for having this thought.

That got up and was randomly standing in the aisle. I kept my eye on him. And that's how I feel about this. Ain't shit I can do about another man with a gun in a theater. I wouldn't be able to pull, aim, and fire in retaliation in the dark with a hundred other moving panicky people ... so the best I can do is be aware of my surroundings and know the exits and where my wife is. So in that sense Black Panther isn't "special" I just hope some alt righty don't fuck it up by talking through our screening.

Theatre was packed but not sold out (they had it on 5 screens so this on was 90% sold out.)
No tension. 99% of people in and seated with first 7 minutes of the film. Perfect audience.
The only two films I was worried at were: 1)Colors Why worried? The armed security at the film - not anyone attending.
2)The Last Temptation of Christ. Why worried? The un-armed security at the film, the protesters outside, and the repaired holes in the screen where someone threw items to try to break the screen and stop it from be shown.
FEBRUARY 26--A North Carolina woman is jailed on multiple felony charges after she allegedly opened fire in a movie theater during a dispute over assigned seats at a screening of “Black Panther,” according to police and court records.
Investigators allege that Shameka Latrice Lynch, 30, squabbled with other moviegoers around 11:45 PM Friday at a crowded AMC theater in Greenville.
During the dispute over seating arrangements for the Marvel superhero movie, Lynch allegedly pulled out a .32 caliber pistol and discharged the weapon inside the theater.
Lynch, seen above, fired one round into the theater’s ceiling, police allege.
While the shooting resulted in no injuries, Lynch has been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill (prosecutors have identified the victims as two men attending the “Black Panther” showing). Lynch is also facing a third felony count for discharging a weapon in an enclosure to incite fear.
The shooting prompted police to evacuate the entire 12-screen multiplex.
Lynch surrendered to police Saturday evening and was booked into the Pitt County Detention Center, where she is being held on $250,000 bond. Lynch is next due in court on March 14. (2 pages)
