yes I remember that!!! oh i'm so glad to hear that

let me tell you i literally struggled with that this morning...even though i'm trying to grow my natural hair out, i impulsively decided go get a shape up/fade at the barber so I could look "right" for the holiday, and i talked myself out it...my nappy edges are fine the way they are..so i decided to go spend that barber money on a really good moisturizer for my hair (cuz you know them shit's expensive) so it can be soft and healthy while i'm growing it...

point being, when I encourage you, I'm encouraging myself, as well.

I'll be spending Christmas in the nursing home
with my grandmother who's there for physical
therapy after dealing with difficulty moving
one side of her body. Idc much about the holidays,
but they were always a big deal to her, so while
everyone else is eating together and just stopping
by to see her, I'll be spending the day with her.
I dunno how many Christmases she has left, so
I couldn't see spending it any other way.
