in the recent CFPB case, trump's pick to lead the org vs the outgoing head's replacement pick, the judge was a recent trump appt. guess how that case will turn out
and pobably the most egregious example (other than obama's SCOTUS judge getting blackballed like kaepernick), is the guy trump nominated that only practiced law for 3 years, never tried a case, and now gets a lifetime seat.
