"Time for another round of Million Dollar Shitbox: Los Angeles"
This house in my hood is listed at a cool $1.6 million. First, the good: It's in a safe, centrally-located, EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood in an excellent elementary school district. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, museums and, in the not too distant future, a FUCKING SUBWAY STOP!
The house has 4 bedrooms & 1,800 square feet with a sizable back yard and huge garage that could be converted into more living space. And now the bad: It's totally a piece of shit.
That means, you're spending over a million and a half to buy this house and then do a complete gut renovation. And nobody's doing that. So, some real estate developer is going to offer $1.4 all cash, tear it down and in six moths this will be another McMansion. Los Angeles is a crazy, futuristic real estate dystopia.

**************** TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*
