"My Mother is holding customer service hostage."


  

          

I am with my Parents taking care of my Mom while my sister is out of town. Mom dukes has been on the phone for 25 minutes explaining the machinations of her account. I want to intervene, but then that is a fight for the rest of the day. I hope the person on the phone has a video game or something to keep them occupied during all of this.

to my own childhood.
I swear, my mom had it out for people who worked in customer service, always petty and mean as hell. I always felt bad for them, but I knew damn well not to try and intervene.

for every unreasonable customer, there's a half-ass customer service rep on the other side.

BOFF make the interactions unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant...

in my company so really only deal with the wild ones


its definitely about half complete incompetence on our side (maybe 60%) and half customer crazyness
