Have been taking their Key Minerals right now and only taking half the recommended daily and noticing a difference in energy levels and improved recovery between training sessions. (I also take bcaa's and creatine if needed during a series of consecutive days or if not well-rested)
Have also tried Onnit's shroomtech and it did give me energy but not for a prolonged time like I need it for.

Cats claw, l-tyrosine, l-theanine, etc. It removes any mental fogginess you might have and makes you feel good + clear headed. Doesn't make you smarter, more like a brain lubricant
Apparently if you take it right before bed it gives you crazy vivid dreams ?

uppage i'm getting from taking the Key Minerals (only half the recommended mind you) is improving the depth of my sleep as well as giving me very vivid dreams
i only really stopped because i missed the taste of coffee....i may start up again though.
the key to happiness is not being rich; it's doing something arduous and creating something of value and then being able to reflect on the fruits of your labor

Haven't decided...
For my fast of 16 hours its more optimal to just do straight black coffee, tea or water but I like a coffee during the end of the day just cause so maybe i'll do the butter since im basically a more high fat type of plan anyways
About to add a kiwi a day too to my routine, obviously not for fats LOL
