"that crazy neighbor"
Mon Sep-18-17 12:29 PM by RobOne4

So i joined this Next Door app. Its basically like Facebook to discuss things with your neighbors. I am in an unincorporated part of the city and we are on the outskirts so its nice to be able to just see what is going on with crime and just news in general. But the only thing that happens on the app is complaining from bored neighbors. Its turned into everyone in a 5 mile radius constantly dog piling on this stupid lady named Dee.

Dee posts the stupidest shit. Lots of coyotes around here. They are constantly killing pets. Dee was so upset that this wasnt on her disclosures when she bought her home. She was trying to get people to sign a petition to get the humane society to post signs every X amount of feet to warn of the coyotes.

Dee crashed a house warming party and was apparently hitting on several of the men. Then the wives of said men jumped on the app to call her out. She responded by posting "sexy" pics. Dee is a disabled senior citizen.

This shit is daily with her. I am just glad she doesnt live on my street. But her stories and people calling her out provide some a nice break during my day.

...parked a few houses down in front of *that* neighbor on my block's crib. Sergeant and everything. That end of the street was blocked. Another neighbor said he though they were waiting for the Crime Scene Unit. Went and took a shower while he went to see what was going on, and by the time I got back out everyone was gone. Not sure what was going on, but probably wasn't any bodies if they rolled-out that fast.

that happened on my street earlier this summer. Came home from work and there were 6 cop cars in front of a house with a spot light on it. The boss was in his car in front of my house watching. The cops were knocking on the door and in the backyard trying to get someone to come to the door. Nobody answered so they towed a car from the drive way and drove away. Those neighbors moved about a month later. Never found out what happened.

They were walking around the side of the house and trying to look in the windows. Not sure what's going on but I think I saw all the kids yesterday so thankfully they are ok.

I can't tell if it's the mom or grandmom, but someone yells when they speak all the time there (like that drunk/pills-or-powder type of yelling). The other night, I heard her freak out like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziTNiVAOHJk which is what I think set all this off.

We were cleaning out the garage and my wife says "WTF" and I turn around and there she is. Black and Yellow striped thigh high socks, black and yellow striped booty shorts and tank top...

I told my wife it's prolly cause she knows I'm from Pittsburgh.

Last week my wife had a friend over while I was at work. He's gay and they throw dance performances together.

Wife told me the crazy neighbor sat on the stoop and stared my wife down the whole time.

She's loyal. I like that. I fux with her.

She came overnight one day and told the gossip on everyone on the ave..

which lets me know she talks shit about us too.

I asked her if she could hook me up with her lawn guy and she turned around and asked me to cut her grass. I was like nah, I don't even want to cut my own, why would I cut yours?

Not so long since I had to the previous time.

At least this time the police got her granddaughter to get her up outta the area.

Seems like her family is the only solution to her extreme behavior.

ahem

about 4 years ago, at this apartment situation I live in (it's not so much like an urban apartment building but some connected 1 floor residences in with a parking lot in the middle), I let my mother come over and do something in my apartment. Apparentlty, this female neighbor saw my mother going into my apartment and thought my mother lived there.

So one day when I'm in the apartment, someone knocks on the door. This 20 something female asks me if I live there, because her mother (my neighbor) saw a woman go in the apartment and thinks that a woman lives there. I tell the 20 something year old woman that I live in the apartment. She seems like she knows her mother is upset about this.

A couple of days or weeks later, the neighbor (not the 20 something year old but the actual neighbor - the mother) came knocking at my door. So when I went to open the door, I see her walking away.

So...

Since I didn't know her, I walked over to her door and knocked and asked her, "what did she want?" She had a crazed look in her eyes and seemed very offended that I didn't think that her walking away from my door was enough for me to know to not bother her, like her walking away should have ended my interest in knowing what that was about.

so....

last year, I'm laying in my bed (I think it was November)....

CRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I'm thinking it was a gun shot)

I walk from the bedroom to the door in the living room and I'm hearing all of this cracking. Then I realize the cracking is glass from the front door falling out. So I look and I see some kind of liquor bottle has shattered the glass on the front door.

The next day, the landlord is doing this whole door-replacement thing that takes hours along with the clean up and around the end of this door replacement project she comes out of her apartment and starts viciously accosting me verbally. The landlord has to tell her to chill.

The next day I tell the landlord that I think she broke the glass in the door. The landlord tells me about all the trouble he has with her and that he is going to get her family to make sure that she takes her meds because she's "okay" when she's taking her meds.

A few weeks later, I'm in the apartment and I she her coming out her apartment messing with the grate to the water supply thing for my apartment (the place where the water people shut off and turn back on your water supply). She's on the phone seemingly talking some mess about me - sort of like threats. A little while later the police show up and come to my apartment and ask if I have been messing with her phone. I tell the police I'm having problems with her. They say they know about her or whatever.

So very recently, around 3 am, I hear some loud banging. I know it has got to be her. So I look out the front door and I eventually see her going around to various people's front doors and banging. So I call the police. They come and they say they have to call her family. Then the police wait around for a while. I hear her in her apartment banging away from the inside. I go out and tell the police what she's doing. The officer says it could be an animal or something and they haven't seen anything so far. So they leave.

Even before that recent situation, usually every day in the morning, for the past 3 months, I'm hearing this neighbor just loudly cursing and screaming. Not sure if she's on the phone with somebody or if that is in fact for me particularly to hear. It is very disturbing and goes on for a while.

So....

Last night, I hear a loud splashing noise at my front door. I go to look (because I know it has to be her) and I see some water on the glass of the door and on the ground in front of the door. So I call the police. When the police come, I tell them she did it, and they go over and they know her by name (due to the whole area knowing about her by now - not just because of me but her widespread behavior) and they tell her to open the door. When she doesn't, they call her family (because by now, they know her family has to handle her) and her granddaughter comes and she opens the door for her granddaughter and a little while later the granddaughter and the woman go into the granddaughter's car and leave.

I hope the granddaughter took her to a hospital (hopefully due to the police telling her she's too far gone at this point) but that seems like wishful thinking.

she looked to be in her early 60's. It was your typical bathroom mirror selfie. She was leaning forward to show off her cleavage. It was a mess.

Figure I'd do so again.

This is from when my wife and I lived in a loft-complex near Oakland. We're now way out in the suburbs and all of our neighbors are boring. Mostly retired couples with kids that grown-up and moved out.

Anyway, let’s start in middle: Homeboy ended up running naked down the street in front of our loft complex, after letting his two dangerous pitbulls run free throughout the neighborhood. Cops and ambulance are called. He gets 5150’d.

Now let’s backtrack to how we got here, and what followed:

I want to say six months before that, the guy moved into the complex. Seemed nice enough. Had an Australian cattle dog, big into punk music. A little goofy, but innocuous. Not exactly the type of guy the wife and I would hang out with, but someone we’d say “Hi” to if we saw him in the hall and engage in polite conversation.

A few months after that we run into him in the loft’s complex parking lot, with his Australian dog, and two angry looking pitbulls. He tells us he’d heard that these two pitbulls were in a shelter and were going to get put to sleep, so he decided to save them. Okay, fine. But these two pitbulls look really aggressive. Even as we’re talking, the Australian sheep dog is making sure to keep as safe a distance from them as possible (while still on her leash). The female of the two pits looks like she’s just had puppies, so she was probably in hyper-aggressive protection mode, but with no puppies to protect. And our neighbor is oblivious to all of this. He tells us he’s never had a pitbull before, but figures it can’t be that difficult to care for one.

A few weeks later, one of the pits attacks another dog in the complex. Viciously attacks. Like it apparently took a full 90 seconds to get him off the other dog. The pit clamped onto the other dog’s head and wouldn’t let go. Only reason the other dog survived the attack is because the pitbull bit into a tumor (the dog he attacked was extremely elderly and infirm). The dog’s owner calls the cops and animal control. It’s a giant fucking mess.

And that was the incident that caused a complete psychotic break in dude.

He completely flips out after that. He locks himself in his apartment, with both of his dogs, and rarely, if ever, leaves. He starts blasting loud punk music and Jamiroquai at all hours of the day and night. Really weird people start coming and going into his loft all the time. When he does leave his loft, he often ends up locked outside the complex, yelling and throwing things at the building. The cops are called a few times, but he refuses to let them into his loft. Since he hasn’t technically destroyed any property, the cops say all they do is welfare checks; they can't make him let them in to the loft.

I later learn from his neighbor who lived upstairs from him that the weird people going in and out of his apartment are “disciples” of his who believe that he’s shaman that’s going to save the world.

Then one morning he completely flips out, lets two pitbulls free, and runs naked down the street.

Ambulance comes, he gets 5150’d, his family shows up to try to work things out. No one knows what happened to the pitbulls. Three days pass, he quietly comes back to the loft complex, and resumes his shut-in behavior while he’s family tries to do what it can to prevent him from getting evicted.

A week or two after that, the two pitbulls jump from his loft window and attack another dog walking out in front of the complex.

It turns out that on the day he got 5150’d, one of his “disciples” showed up, quietly collected the two dogs, and drove off. After the neighbor got released from the mental institution, the disciple brings both dogs back into the building during middle of the night. They stay in apartment the entire week, until that morning when the jump out of open window and attack the passing dog and the woman walking him.

Cops and animal control are called. Both pitbulls are taken into custody. I still don’t know how the guy managed to not get arrested after that. Building management start the eviction process, as it also turns out that on top of everything, he stopped paying his rent. Cops are called a few other times due to noise complaints, but no arrests. A couple of weeks later, him and his disciples pack up all his stuff into a U-Haul and leave in the middle of the night. Don’t know what happened to him. I do know the pitbulls got put into permanent foster care in a shelter/home for damaged animals.

She was actually my neighbor growing up and 2 years ago while I was home we saw a shit show. We were probably there for 4 days. In this small amount of time we witnessed her:

1: cry on my shoulder at the bar
2: argue with her girlfriend outside another bar
3: attempt to piss and shit her dogs ok my dads lawn
4: curse out the Pizza shop owner over a parking spot that ain't even by her house
5: get caught trying to steal a 2 liter from Rite Aid.

The last one we didn't witness but my sister texted me about it. My wife was so entertained watching it go down. She was like "for a small town, y'all sure got a lot of shot going on"

Man, that's the problem with small towns. Small shit becomes big shit when you don't have shit to do.

Quiet, kinda resembled a young Tisha Campbell: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C2Aaz_jXUAUOm02.jpg

Probably early 20s. She used to speak and say hi for about a year, then one day she just stopped speaking or even making eye contact with me altogether (right around when my SO moved in). Ok, whatever. Anyway, one day she had her girlfriend? over, as well as a dude or two for a get together. Shit went from loud top-40 music, to yelling, to shit getting broke all over the house over the course of 1/2 hour. I'm pretty sure she was the one doing the breaking, as it was her angry voice I heard. Before this, I've seen her locked out randomly at like 2am, and trying to break her door down (she's broke the door down at least twice). Shit was crazy because the only reason I knew all this is because I lived right above her. She seems so meek otherwise.

Mostly it's about coyotes, lost pets, selling ugly furniture and such.

Right now the latest issue is a woman asking for help because her slum lord is not fixing anything. She's looking to move but doesn't have the money.

I've been on the site for a while, I hate they have ads now.

31. "his name was D-ROCK"
In response to Reply # 0

my last apartment the girl below us had an ex boyfriend named D-ROCK. His name was Dennis or Dave but he said they call him D-ROCK. He was swoll as shit too...

It's always the person who swears to you the apt complex is quiet that ends up being the main problem. No less than 3 days after we moved in we heard yelling at 3AM. She had a boyfriend but D-ROCK got out of jail and popped up and wouldn't leave so she called her SO crying saying she didn't fuck D-ROCK. D-ROCK snatched the phone from her and said

"buddy, she didn't fuck me but she sucked my dick...FROM MY DICK TO YOUR LIPS!!! Sorry buddy but she done sucked my dick and she is gonna do it again when I hang up, BYEE!!"

Cops were called.

I felt so bad for her boyfriend cause he was prolly sleep and woke up to that saying...never saw him again.

but that was just the beginning. From then on D-ROCK camped out at her house for the next 6 months. She would kick him out and this dude bought a lawn chair with an umbrella and sat in the parking lot.

cops were called

We would hear random shit like "OUCH, WHY DID YOU THROW GRITS ON ME?"

What's crazy is when I went downstairs one time to return a plate her apartment was NIIIICE as fuck. I mean, shit looked like Fraziers spot. Come to find out her dad worked for Microsoft and bought her the place. She was fucking nuts tho.

Then she fucked around and called my wife fat. My wife isn't fat at all but but you know how crackish white girls think anything with meat on the bone is fat. My wife tried to get at her but ole girl ran inside. She then yells "your dead to me" to my wife. 2 days later we are chilling in the parking lot and the girl strolls up and starts talking like everything is cool. I guess she saw my wife's WTF face and then she goes "oh yeah, I forgot, your dead to me" and ran in the house.

Last time we heard helicopters flying around. 2 or 3 of them flying around for a good 30 minutes so we knew they were looking for someone. All a sudden D-ROCK knocks on the door with some muddy ass shoes.. "yall good? just wanted to check on you, we been downstairs all day and night but heard choppers in the sky"

That was the last time we saw D-ROCK. By this time D-ROCK was no longer swoll.. he was crackish skinny.

A neighbor said they been trying to get her out the paint for a minute but since she bought the place they can't really do anything until she has a major violation. Cops knew them by name.

kitted out with a gatling gun and the whole nine. Dude will be fully dressed in military garb helmet and all....Not to mention he got arrested last year for chasing down and pulling his pistol on an officer...Not to mention that once they arrested him they saw that his Tahoe was completely kitted out to look like a police vehicle (Laptop, scanner, partition,K-9 tag on the front) and let's not forget the endless amount of artillery he had with him. Oh and did I mention dude has never served a second in the military or law enforcement. This psycho works at one of those Great Outdoors shops and lives at home with his parents....

The fact that dude was able to walk away from drawing down on cops is amazing but what's more amazing is he is not even in jail.... Here is a link to the story http://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/cobb-county-man-arrested-for-impersonating-police-officer

...but this story isn't about him, it's about the downstairs neighbor, a really bummy-looking little dude that the landlord used to hire as a jackleg to do work on the house. Whatever. And this wasn't realy my apartment, it was a chick I was dating & her kids'. Anyway, one day I'm sick-as-fuck with the flu, and this dude comes by to fix something. Whatever. Dude was just a little too loud for me, and since I was sick and wasn't chiefing I got rage. Kicked dude out, then went down to his crib and basically threatened serious harm to him (in front of his girl and some other chick) if I saw him around again. I felt bad about it, but fuck it. Dude ran off like a roach whenever he saw me after that.

Fast forward a few weeks, and the chick I was seeing (and her kids) came back to see dude running out of the building all sweaty, and his bloody girlfriend came stumbling out their apartment door a few seconds later. Dude had stabber her a bunch of times. Never found out what happened to her, as I had them all start staying at my place after that (smh).

The crack-selling neighbor passed-away later that summer. Cool older guy, always looked-out for us. RIP Bruh.

the community is tired of Dee's shit and has turned on her. Dee posts a journal every day about some neighbor who lets their grass grow too long or about a tree that needs to be trimmed. Well the composite sketch was it and people are turning on her. Someone made a poll asking if she should be banned yes or no. Then bullet pointed all of the shit she does and included screen shots of privates messages Dee has sent her. Apparently she PM's people who disagree with her and threatens to have them banned or get their posts removed. Well the poll is 5 hours old and it has 102 votes. 98 say to ban her. Shit is getting good. The only problem is Dee will go off on people and reply like crazy then report the posts and they get pulled down. So if you dont catch this shit in real time you miss it.

is that if and when she gets banned, the online annoyance will turn to offline annoyance since she'll just channel her energy and attention to harassing folks in real life.

Just so I can understand, she's taking the 'Kids get off my lawn!!' mentality to the digital world?

**edit**

What's to stop her from making a dummy account ala Kevin Durant and trolling folks if she gets banned? I'm guessing her IP Address will get banned? I just hope for her sake a real emergency doesn't happen where she'll have a legitimate need for that tool.

So at my last apartment, I stayed near the back. It was quiet, no real noise at all...until *that* neighbor moved into the top floor. It was some dude he barely looked 20 and like his cousin. I am sure his folks mustve got it for them because they NEVER worked. Either way, one of them was dating a stripper and she had a daughter. She was cool, very quiet, nothing but high and bye if I saw her...one night I am coming in, its about midnight and I start walking up to the front and I see her walking down the side walk. I didnt really pay too much attention

Me: Hey...How you doing?
Her: *blank stare*

Then...a high heel flys by my head. Then some pants come floating down. I look around and I just see alot of her clothes all over the front lawn. I look up ol boy just tossing $hit from the balcony. I glance back at her and notice she got on 1 shoe on, jacket, no pants and holding this baby. Police pull up and I am standing there like... wtf did I just walk into. I offered for her to sit inside with the baby (it was cold) while the police talked to him. She starts crying and sits in the police car. Another call pulls up, she picks up her things rolls out. The dudes upstairs move out literally days later....not sure what happened to them after that.

I'm thinking he's bout to tell us "merry xmas" or some shit like that, but he doesn't. this m'fer is clutching his pocket asking me what has he done to make me feel uncomfortable. I don't know what he's talking about and he just comes out and accuses me of shocking him. I'm thinking maybe my garage is interfering with his pacemaker or something. but he's accusing me and one of my friends that we're working on some machine that shocks him.

All I could think was that this crazy nigga is about to shoot me in front of my kids on xmas day.
