Friday: Heavy kipped pull-up to muscle-up, box jump to turkish roll-through
2,000x

Saturday: Bosu-ball handstand push-ups to stripper-falls
1,600x
followed by light jog in sauna

Sunday: monster-tire drags: 30 meters
180x
grapefruit squeezes

I just started a goal of doing 100 a day. Yesterday it was 40 in a row and today its 50 in a row regular style with no foot elevation.

But I've been doing this new thing where I do 20 pushups a minute for 10 minutes... shit is tough... I get through 8 minutes (160 pushups) and my arms turn to mush...

I was only 33.

A nigga was legit scared for his life. Like how I'm this weak?

So I started doing one of those 100 pushup programs. Started off with sets of 5. I never got to 100 straight tho, because I'm still a lazy nigga. I bust out 50 like nothing tho.
