Not in the middle or corner, but right in front of her. She was making faces and talking into the screen while driving

..apparently, some people think its cool, 'til it ends in tragedy.
the sad part is that they don't show a care in the world until they're suddenly faced with the very real possibility of going to prison. before that, its the typical idgaf attitude.
vehicular manslaughter (voluntary or involuntary) should have harsher penalties.

everytime somebody in front of me misses a green light, or doesn't move forward in stop and go traffic, I pull up next to them just to see who they are. More often than not, they're playing on their phone.
It's ridiculous. I ride to train to and from work, and the train runs along the expressway. I look over at drivers and I'm amazed at the amount of people looking down at their phones in 60+ mph traffic.
I've seen near misses, rear end collisions, etc. People STILL refuse to stop texting and driving.
