"Ear cleaning fans. Black cotton swabs from Japan for potentially cheap."

Cheap like 80 or 90 cents and that includes shipping.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=daiso+black+cotton&_sop=15

I have gotten some a few times. Sometimes these cats will send registered mail. I don't know how they make money but the goods get there and they send extra stuff like oragami and noodle seasoing sometimes.

These black cotton swabs show the wax that would normally blend in in a white qtip. And one side of the qtip is built for getting wax out.

If you cant get cheap. Wait for a while and these cheap deals will eventually pop up again. The most I have paid is 2 dollars total.

Most people I have put on these cotton swabs give them props. They are pretty sturdy too.

You are not supposed to put q-tips in your ears. If you do then it pushes the wax back into the ear canal.

you don't go too deep, if you don't have a gang of wax to puch back, or if you put something like hygrogen peroxide in there first to loosed up the wax. Other wise a hairpin or something else that is thin but wont go too far in your ear will work.

we used to get our ears cleaned regularly as kids, with a loud ass machine that would push the wax out while the nurse caught it in a bowl, it was disgusting lol

I keep a pen cap near me at home though. My brother went to emergency recently due to a fucked up feeling in his ear, thinking it was infected. They cleaned his ears out and that was it; made me think about how we had to get them cleaned all the time as kids

As a matter of fact that is one of my fav tools to use. These days I use the qtips actually with hydrogen peroxide. When I don't do that I use bobby pins.
