the 80's started with a lot of power but for a director like Friedkin to slip like "live and die in LA", I started to have a bad feeling about the 80's movies around this time

I read the book back then and saw the movie. It was French connection ish and the plot twists were what influenced reservoir doggies. The movie was a trip and still is
