I used to be a social smoker ages ago but Im goin through some shit the past two months and started buying packs etc..

Which requires leaving the building and going for a walk. I may or may not get coffee, but it helps reduce the urge to karate chop my desk in half and scream "Aye... STFU!!!" at some of these folks.
