If you then cancel the ride, it impacts how many requests eventually come your way. Thus, negating your hustle.
I'd have asked shorty to exit the vehicle immediately. Stopped the ride. Then, submitted a complaint to Uber. Ain't worth the hassle if I gotta hear that shit. That's why I feel for those folks who have turned the Uber hustle into a full-time hustle. They rely on it. Some have it as just a side hustle for a few quick dollars.
