not saying it takes away from it being a gem, just would be cool to have a full-PG version. Even if that one "fucked up" isn't gonna traumatize anyone, I was just being pedantic and semi-wishful

but now that I got kids... smh.
also, my wife uses songs from my spotify mixes for her college classes. Even tho they are old enough i still hate how we can find a dope ass emo cut or R&B cut from some newbie and they have a curse word in the hook.
it's tacky.

Does the cursing really matter? or the content?
If it was a "clean" song about fucking lil girls (ahem.. "Seems like your ready").. is that cool?

Like to me it sorta messes with the timelessness of a song. Nobody is gonna want to sing all that rachet stuff when they're 55 w/grandkids and entrenched in the chu'ch.
And it just seems lazy, especially when it comes to rnb. Plus most curse words just don't sound right being 'sung'.
Then again, most so-called rnb acts are doing that half talking/singing (or tinging) nowadays anyways.
I just really feel it should have a limited place in rnb.
And as mentioned above, what does that leave us to bring our kids up on? ______________________________________________________________________________

the content as well...
Whole point of a good song was to sing about love and sex without blantantly saying it.

Yea ionno... cursing is really whatever.. imo..
Was talking about it with my brother and he doesnt really trip on playing rap around his daighter if there is cursing.. i.e. Chance the rapper or kamau as long as the content isnt super degrading, mysoginist or useless ratchetness
