It's a turn off to hear the object of your mental focus say you should have done better. That person you replied to is probably disappointed in your response. And if they really like you, probably kicking themselves for not getting flowers, but wondering why you didn't respond you were thinking of them too.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

>someone text me that they were thinking of me. I replied, >"then, why didn't you send flowers"
If you don't want their attention, then I can see this being legit. If you do want their attention, you should have showed them how it's done. At least that way you can follow it up with your text response and it'd have some girth to it. lol
But for them to initiate it and you rebuff it like "GET THAT OUTTA HERE!!!" man, that was just chilly.
>can't say stuff like that to me >I need to know why....what you want >he don't want this work...
He does want that work...you just answered your own question. He's a man...you already know what it is. But it was probably motivated by the holiday, loneliness and a random good memory of you.
>do y'all buy valentine gifts for people other than your >lovers?
Sometimes I'll buy fam (sister, mom, niece, kids) or coworkers (if i'm in a particularly good mood come v-day, I'll bring a treat for the ladies in the office...tho I don't tell the guys they can't have any lol)
