so put it back on YOU. what are YOU going to do? that's the energy that gets things done.
i've been in situations where i asked "what are WE gonna do" and i had to look around to see who was with me. it's frustrating when you're disappointed in what you see.
but when i asked myself, "what are YOU going to do", that led me to take action and do something. and once i did something, others saw and then they joined in and they did something.
action begets action

you get your friends & family to donate or contribute money to buy the stuff that you put in blessing bags:
toothpaste deodorant toothbrush gloves socks handwarmers cheese crackers lotion stuff like that
then y'all get zip lock bags and put one of each into the bags. once you're made up a bunch of bags, you hit the streets and find a spot where people who need that typa stuff hang out.
set up a table. maybe play some music.
oh, and you gotta have food.
so the easiest food are sandwiches. i go with turkey because it accomodates the no pork on my fork crowd.
folks line up and come through. they get a sandwich and a bag.
you've just done some good in the hood.
i did it just last week. we partnered with another organization and they even brought hot food. we passed out cups of chili and chicken noodle soup.

Mobilize people in large numbers to vote people out of office that refuse to acknowledge our goals. When they push to suppress our vote embarrass them globally by documenting their actions.
Pass on our mission, knowledge, and skills to the youth as we fight this tough battle.
Join organizations of varying sizes and use our platforms to further our interests overtly or covertly.
Punish corporations by shaming them and building momentum that forces them to alter their stance or face financial consequences.
Protesting works as well.
