Shit ain't nobody here doing all at once at our ages on the boards, LOL. Probably had a couple of benders here and there (which ain't good at ALL for an addict), was running her body down and those mostly depressants + the apnea was the undoing.

when people struggle with substance abuse, it's usually something they gotta carry for life. you can be sober for 10 years, something happens (family members dies, for example) and BAM, you right back in it.

took me a minute to get off even popping a couple norcos max a day. and from what i've read on OKP, i think a good amount of us struggle with alcohol.
i'm not saying she was totally loaded. i mean, anyone who's struggled with addiction knows the rationalization piece of just having a *little bit of this and little bit of that to take the edge off*... aka two beers and a half a vicodin.
just surprised she actually lived to see 60, if this was routine and not merely a relapse. that's a pretty diverse cocktail in her system. most addicts seem to croak long before she did.
