Not saying that she doesn't have a mixed ancestry, but if I had to draw a hard line between black/white/asian based on looks, then she'd definitely be on the white slice of the pie chart.
Aside from that, it just seems odd to put a woman that doesn't visually appear to be black on the cover of a magazine dedicated to black women's hair.
