b/c it really ain't that hard.

you gonna spend about $100 on the setup, but then you get to fry or boil whenever you want.

I've been doing it 10+ yrs and haven't burnt down a house yet *knocks wood*

But I don't think ours was a fried turkey, it was a Cajun turkey and that shit was scrumptious. One of the best tgiving turkeys I've ever had.
