"What do you for breakfast when it gets cold?"

Cold yogurt, fruit, juice just doesn't cut it for me when the temp drops. I want something hot. But everything quick and hot is unhealthy.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

I sprinkle ground cinnamon on it and top it with berries, usually strawberries. Once in a blue I put sliced banana on it.

Occasionally I make scrambled egg with chopped vegetables.

intermittent fasting

16 hour fasts daily

only eat between 12noon - 8pm

lowers blood sugar, and cholesterol. increases testosterone and HGH... burns fat and makes it easier to keep lean muscle

humans ain't made to be eating all day. we evolved going for long periods without food

after doing it for a week... you won't even be hungry

saves time and money

research it!

are you're hydrated enough, exercising in a fasted state isn't all that hard. One thing I make sure to do is to time out my workouts when exercising while fasting so I can eat within the designated eating period when the workout ends. Timing the workouts towards the afternoon does the trick nicely.

I wouldn't say breakfast is for suckers. IF definitely isn't for everyone. I did a 16/8 protocol for quite some time. Will probably do it again at some point.

A lot of foods normally associated with breakfast like fried bacon, fried eggs, overly sugary waffles and pancakes are for suckers since folks think eating those foods on a regular basis is normal.

is getting home in time for the cut off period. I miss it at times since I exercise after work and if I leave work late, I get home later than I want to.

Other than that, IF isn't that hard as it sounds to uninitiated. The first two or three days are the hardest. After that, fasting becomes routine.

Drink water people

If you drink enough you won't nearly be as hungry. A lot of times you feel hunger pains it's actually your body telling you that you need water
