good question I got some tiles that have a crack in them but my biggest concern about this is that the foundation is not even or something....

You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.

the back of our house was an addition and they did a shit job. there's a slight slant in the floors and it made our tiles crack. i've seen something that goes on top of the subflooring, like a kind of padding that helps even out the flooring. i'm sure it's a grip though.

So, fortunately I am not have to worry about these types of things for a while. I do need to have my downstairs floors deep cleaned though.

please don't let my wife lurk into this post.

I have some really nice kitchen and bathroom tile, but I'm pretty sure the grout isn't supposed to be black in some places. Also, what kinda cleanser do I use?

If the grout between the tiles is failing or molding, "reglazing" is simply painting over something that needs to be repaired/replaced. Painting over failing grout is not a repair, it's a cover up.

It's ok to do on the tub surface because you're simply trying to cover up what's been worn away over the years. Kind of like painting a car... You wouldn't just paint over a crack in the car.
