"I gotta work on my responses to surprise and fear"
when someone reacts angrily at something I said or did it causes me to tense up and draw a blank instead of staying focused on the fact that they are tripping and not me.
maybe this is why I've never been in a physical fight.
if u want to do a basic upgrade that won't hurt your pockets do the Samsung j7. it should be at most a 5 dollar increase monthly. an s7 edge would be a 25 dollar increase.
all my memories are vivid and based on emotion. I am the type of person that feels emotion over all other senses. in this situation I mentioned in the op I was talking. talking freely. I said something in general and the person hearing be acme infuriated. not at me but what I said. so I immediately felt guilty for causing that. I became fearful that my words upset her. and I couldn't even defend what I was saying rationally because she got so angry.
I don't like people to become upset in my presence. I know own it happens but I don't like to see it. it makes me feel guilty as if my job is to calm them.
if it's coming from an honest place I wouldn't let it bother me. that's me tho
I have a co workers that says inappropriate things but I don't think she realizes it. I like her despite it. I can't tell you why I don't think she realizes it.. it's a "feeling" I have...

If someone gets overly upset for something i did, i take a quick moment to relay in my mind what just happened. If they on some bullish, i'll let them be mad.
If i was upset myself already in the 1st place, all bets are off.
If you ain't do anything wrong, let em be mad...unless you worried about being accosted.

her step dad is a real hot head and physically and emotionally abused her, her mom and sisters me... I was raised by women who liked to talk and discuss emotions in a very level headed way at first in our relationship....I could almost railroad her in arguments I had to step back and be patient and talk through some of the stuff that happened in her youth and even some stuff I did and how it affected to her Talking to people you trust and talk through some of these issues with someone
