I have friends who are pushing it on me and my wife and we are both kind of meh.

We've both gone seperately and had fun but if we are going somewhere together I feel like why Vegas then? My wife don't gamble. Seems like far to travel to go to clubs with your wife and other couples.

Seems like not the best way to vacation when you get so few vacations.

I've been raging hella lately!

This morning I almost got into a fight wit my neighbor
cuz I ripped a sign off the dumpster. I agreed wit the
note, but the tone is what I took issue wit. How you gonna
threaten to throw someones garbage on their lawn but want
people to stop leaving trash in front of the dumpster?!

Last week I got into it wit a cop cuz he was trying to
punk this homeless lady. I went in on him for bein a jerk
then he called his captain and we got into it!

At the train station , dude was coming the opposite way and tried
to walk through me and bumped me, I hit that n*gga right in his breadbox on the sly and kept it movin. Similar thing happened at the club, n*gga tried to walk through me and stunt in front of some chicks. I tripped that n*gga up in front of everyone. Not just a simple stick my foot out - Nah, I'm talkin bout a high off the ground trip, like caught him in his shin kinda trip. Dude doubled back around cuz he was nervous but didn't do anything.

It's been more situations like these & I be feelin terrible after everything is said and done. I gotta get control of my temper before I end up dead out here.

also, i know you don't smoke, but perhaps some edibles may do you some good.

other times, i like to think that it's a natural cycle for people to feel this way.

you not gonna be hunky dory all day every day.

what about yoga?

i do that in the mornings now. 30 mins.

not sure it's helped my mood directly, but it doesn't hurt as a holistic solution.

Instead of smoking I got the plug on edibles and oils finally, so hopefully that helps too.

I can't call it cuz I'm an easy goin person but I just Kirk over anything

same with a regular meditation community / circle. if i didn't do these plus hoop and vacay abroad id be in trouble.

at the end of the year...

I'm about to open a sammich shop and make food and be happy again.

Stress is slowly killing me. I'm not ready for that yet! I need to see my baby thrive and grow! I need to make another baby! None of this is going to happen if I stay in *this* job.

I miss food! I miss experimenting and making recipes. I miss wearing my coat and toque...

A QUASI LEGAL interstate commerce opportunity involving the distribution of botanicals mind you. I turned him down faster than anything I've ever done in my life.
