**************** TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*

Her son had just got killed. She was lashing out in anger and racism.
Ironically, black people would be the ones *most likely* to empathize with someone having a loved one killed by police, but instead she goes right on the attack.

The woman’s son, who was identified on Thursday as 28-year-old Michael Disbrowe, was shot and killed by officers after they responded to a complaint that a man was “threatening people with a gun.” Disbrowe reportedly drew a gun from his waistband when confronted by officers, then refused to obey their orders to put the gun down.
“They gonna shoot me, too?” she asks. “C’mon, right here. Tell them to come f*cking shoot me”
Clearly her son deserved to die. If you threaten people with a gun, live long enough for cops to arrive, threaten them with the gun and then disobey orders to put the gun down then you deserve to get shot.
Yes, I'm being petty that black people are gunned for less and turned into villains upon their death at the hands of police.

sadly his actions resulted in his death, but saying he deserved to die is not only cold and heartless, but just wrong. what about people who say Michael Brown deserved to die. or Eric Garner.

Nothing is wrong with what I said at all. Heartless is watching an innocent person die at the hands of police for no good reason. I can't breathe = innocence. Stealing cigars and running away does not mean someone deserved to die.
Waving a weapon around threatening innocent people, then raising it to police after they calmly ask you to drop the loaded weapon does mean the individual in question deserves to die. By the black men you mentioned were turned into villains upon their deaths by conservative media. This young man will not get the same treatment. Guarantee they won't run a background check and blame his family for his death. What I said is real life.
