i doubt a suit against Kanye for this would go far. i doubt a judge would issue an order blocking dissemination of this video - there's too much obvious 1st amendment protection. Kanye as a defendant in civil court would have pretty solid defenses. filing a suit is likely not worth the effort. plus, filing suit over this would bring MORE attention. if all involved just leave this alone it will likely fizzle out and be forgotten w/in a few weeks/months. it's not like this song 'Famous' is burning up the charts, is it? if not i think it'll go away on its own.
if i were any of these possible plaintiffs i'd just leave alone. i'd have no public comment and wouldn't file suit.

If Kanye released actual nude pictures of a celebrity, I think the celebrities would clearly have a claim.
Here he simulated nude pictures through technology leaving a lot of people with the impression that TS was in the bed naked with him.
It reminds me of Hustler Magazine v. Falwell. But this is arguably different because it isn't necessarily caricature, parody, or satire and I am not sure that a reasonable person would concluded that it was not actually her in the video.
I am not saying it's a slam dunk, but I could see TS doing damage if she went into court and talked about how Kanye keeps harassing her and calling her bitch and all she asked was to be left alone.
